David has been involved with CrossFit since 2007, opening the first affiliate in Denton County in 2008. He holds a bachelors degree from McMurry University where he studied Communications and Physical Education. He has been personal training and coaching athletes since 2001. David holds certifications in CF Level 1 (’08), CF Endurance (‘08), CF Kids (‘09), USA Weightlifting (’10), CF Olympic Lifting (’10), CF Football (’10), CF Level 2 (’14). David believes CrossFit is the best overall fitness program and a great way to push your limits as a competitor. He has competed in numerous CrossFit competitions including the three years at the CrossFit South Central regionals (2009, 2010, 2011). He also competed in the 2010 CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup, finishing 30th Away from the gym, David enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsey and their sons Dawson and Graham. His fall weekends are filled with hunting trips and Notre Dame football. He and Lindsey lead a home group and are covenant members at The Village Church in Flower Mound.

Tucker and his wife, Cynthia, live local with their daughter, Millie (2016). Tucker has been a part of the CrossFit Flower Mound community as a member since May of 2012, following his senior year of high school. He obtained this CrossFit L1 certification a year later and immediately joined the CrossFit Flower Mound staff. Tucker teaches adult CrossFit classes, homeschool PE and youth sports training. He is a passionate Texas A&M football fan, a member of The Village Church and competes competitively in CrossFit. He competed at CrossFit Regionals as part of a team in 2016 as well as many other competitions such as Fittest Games in the Pro division and the Kill Cliff Granite Games.
Jake lives in Denton with his wife, Misti, and two daughters, Ryleigh and Keira. Outside of CrossFit he teaches 8th grade English in Frisco. Jake has been doing Crossfit since 2008 at CF Lewisville. Prior to that he played multiple sports and trained for a marathon but did not get the results he expected. Once into Crossfit he became addicted as it gave the results he wanted but more importantly supplied the competitiveness and sense of community that had been missing since high school athletics. In 2014, he decided join the staff to help share that passion with our community. Jake has competed in numerous competitions around the state including The Fittest Games, Oktoberfest Obliteration, and Europa as well as CF Opens since 2011. Jake and his family are members of The Village Church and enjoy spending time with their home group and watching Ryleigh and Keira play for North Texas Futbol Club.
Jamie grew up and currently resides in Flower Mound. Her middle school daughter, Brynn, is really involved with sports. Between Brynn's school sports, CrossFit and weightlifting they are very busy! Aside from CrossFit coaching, Jamie is an auditor with FedEx Office. Jamie grew up playing all sports, but soccer was always her favorite. She still plays recreational soccer for fun! Jamie started CrossFitting in 2011 and decided to share her passion with others when she got her CrossFit Level 1 in 2015.
Lindsey and Dave live in Flower Mound with their sons, Dawson (2014) and Graham (2016). Lindsey completed a degree in Elementary Education in 2010. She found CrossFit in 2008 when Dave (boyfriend at the time) introduced her. Prior to CrossFit she ran, participated in a bootcamp and did a few machines at a local gym. She fell in love with CrossFit because it offered variety, so results were continuous. She decided to become a CrossFit coach in 2010 when she realized that her passion for fitness was bigger than teaching in a classroom. Her passion for kids has transformed into running the kids program as well as helping with the female sports training. Lindsey has competed in the CrossFit Games in 2010 as part of a team, The CrossFit Open several years, Oktoberfest Obliteration and the Europa War Games. Outside CrossFit, Lindsey enjoys loving on her two Ori Pei pups, Rip and Libby. She and Dave are also home group leaders at The Village Church. Lindsey also enjoys going to land they lease for hunting where she relaxes and sleeps. She likes crafting and finding new projects for sewing and decorating the house.

Matt and his wife, Sarah, live in Carrollton. He is currently finishing a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at TWU. He found CrossFit while looking for a new challenge and variety. It was a plus that he was really great at CrossFit as a sport. He decided to become a CrossFit coach because he loves personal health and fitness and wanted to share that passion with others. Matt has competed in several competitions. A few of them include winning the All Cities Open in 2009, competing as a team in the CrossFit Games in 2010, and placing 6th 2011 and 4th Matt is really involved at The Village Church and he enjoys hanging out with his wife and friends outside of CrossFit. He also enjoys playing video games! in 2012.
AJ and his wife Anne live in Corinth. Aside from CrossFit coaching AJ is a PE teacher and coach at a local LISD Middle School. AJ’s friend, Andy Watkins, introduced him to CrossFit. Filthy 50 and 48 minutes later and he was hooked. He enjoys coming across things he can’t do, practicing them and turning them into strengths. He decided to become a CrossFit coach because he loves being around people, he’s passionate about being the catalyst for positive change in people’s lives and coaching is what he loves. When he isn’t coaching he loves playing and watching basketball, cooking on his Big Green Egg, traveling, eating at unheard of restaurants, TCU football and basketball, the Washington Redskins and eating anything peanut butter related. AJ has competed in several competitions including Oktoberfest Obliteration, Europa War Games, the San Antonio Rock N Roll Half Marathon, our Summer Games competition in 2010 as well as a couple years in The CrossFit Open.
Kim and her husband, Rodger, live with their fur-child, Otis in Flower Mound. Kim is a Senior Business Advisor at the Federal Reserve. She has been with the Fed for 17 years, starting at the federal reserve bank of New York. Kim has a huge passion for skiing and was even a ski instructor in Pennsylvania during college. She and Rodger still go skiing every year. She completed several biathlons and took 3rd in her age in the Staten Island Biathlon after having knee surgery. Kim started CrossFitting in 2010 with a remote coach and quickly fell in love. Kim got her Level 1 in 2014 and begin coaching for CF Flower Mound in 2016. Aside from CrossFit Kim loves spinning and was a spin instructor for many years. Recently she started weightlifting with our CrossTimbers Barbell Club and often competes at local meets.
