Free Week: January 2-7. Invite friends, family, strangers. The whole week is free to any new, local athletes. Have them email lindsey@crossfitflowermound.com to register and get the full schedule.

This Friday, December 30 is the last day of our normal schedule. Starting next Monday, January 2 we will begin our new schedule. Make sure to check out Wodify so you know where to be!

This Saturday, December 31 we will have our normal schedule at FLOWER MOUND. We will also run classes as normal next Tuesday, January 2.
