This coming Saturday is our FREE Community Workout at CrossFit Lewisville (1400 Moccasin Trail St 18)! The Community Workout is free to members and non-members and is a great opportunity to check out the gym and our community! It is from 8:00-9:00 am.

Directly following the Community Workout will be our Performance Seminar, which is also free to members and non-members. We will discuss nutrition for the first 45 minutes and will over a CrossFit movement for the last 45 minutes. It will run from 9:00-10:30. Don't miss this great opportunity!
