October 12 - October 16

This coming Saturday, October 17 is our Community Workout at 8:00 am at CrossFit Lewisville (1400 Moccasin Trail St 18). This is free to members and non-members and is an awesome opportunity to check out the gym, meet the trainers and get a great workout. Bring friends, family, etc and come check us out!

Next week is our CrossFit 101 Class. It will meet October 19, 20 and 22 (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) from 6:30-7:30 pm at CrossFit Flower Mound.
